If you're having a hard time finding employment in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more, The Master's Apprentice can help you!

The Master's Apprentice is a faith-based non-profit working to improve lives by building a bridge to careers in the skilled trades. Our school teaches soft skills and professional development, provides field exposure and employer connections to give you a foot in the door to a career in the construction trades!

We want to help improve your life with our 6-week pre-apprenticeship program! We teach classes like Construction Math, Career Prep, Financial Literacy and Work Ethics along with exposure-based labs and employer site visits. Our students graduate and begin careers making $40k+ with benefits.

The pre-apprenticeship program is tuition-free and provides a weekly stipend while attending. We also provide financial aid for student who are unable to afford the time off to take our class. Learn more about our financial assistance at https://partner.ascentfunding.com/map/

The 6-week course runs 5/1/2026 - 6/12/2026, Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm. Minimum requirements are a driver's license and vehicle (or plan to obtain one), GED or diploma (or enrollment in classes for a GED) and a strong desire to begin a career in the trades! No experience is needed, second chance candidates are welcome! We help young adults from all backgrounds begin a well-paying career in the trades.

Students interested in HVAC may return for an optional additional week of HVAC-focused training, held the week after the program concludes. This seventh week culminates in preparation for and completion of the EPA 608 certification.

We have 23 seats left for our next class, and the deadline to apply is 4/24!
