Pre-K Assistant Teacher (Early Childhood Education) – Full Time | $19/hr | Benefits

Kiddie Academy is hiring a dedicated Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support our NM Pre-K classroom and help create a safe, engaging learning environment for young children.

Requirements (NM Pre-K Program):

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled in an ECE-related program
• Ability to pass an ECECD background check
• Ability to complete required FOCUS, NAEYC, State Licensing, and NM Pre-K trainings

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience working with preschool-aged children

Position Details

• Full-time, year-round
• Starting pay $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with curriculum implementation, assessment, and documentation for the NM Pre-K program
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, clean classroom environment
• Engage with children during classroom and playground activities
• Communicate with families and support family engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
