Pre-K Lead Teacher

**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and fostering their development in a safe and nurturing environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children, that is provided - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student engagement. - Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs and abilities. - Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support student learning and development. - Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom setting. - Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior among students. **Skills:** - Experience working with preschool-age students in an educational setting. - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. - Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a structured learning environment. - Familiarity with standardized testing procedures for young learners. - Proficiency in tutoring students in various subjects such as math and language skills. - Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations. - Previous experience in daycare or toddler care settings is beneficial.
