Job Summary

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support home learning initiatives.
- Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention practices to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results as required. Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a minimum of one year classroom management experience.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare best practices.
- Familiarity with multiple methods of early childhood pedagogies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
- Ability to plan lessons that are creative, inclusive, and tailored to individual student needs.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development in special education or toddler care is a plus.
