Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and sensory activities to support holistic childhood development.
• Manage classroom activities to foster a positive learning environment that encourages exploration, independence, and social skills.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among children.
• Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support home learning initiatives.
• Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention practices to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental milestones, assessments, and standardized testing results as required. Qualifications
• Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a minimum of one year classroom management experience.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare best practices.
• Familiarity with multiple methods of early childhood pedagogies is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to plan lessons that are creative, inclusive, and tailored to individual student needs.
• Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development in special education or toddler care is a plus.
