Pre-K Teacher

Bright Skies Childcare is seeking an exceptional Pre-K Teacher to join our mission of growing our high-quality, engaging classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and whole-child development.

This is not a traditional daycare position. We are building a structured early learning environment that blends academics, creativity, emotional growth, and meaningful relationships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves teaching and co-leading a classroom
• Creates engaging lesson plans and activities
• Builds strong relationships with families
• Maintains a positive, organized classroom environment
• Understands child development and school readiness
• Brings warmth, professionalism, and leadership to the team

Responsibilities

• Teach our Pre-K classroom environment
• Implement curriculum and daily lesson plans
• Support literacy, math, and social-emotional learning
• Conduct parent communication and classroom updates
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
• Collaborate with leadership and teaching staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K
• CDA, Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree, or teaching certification preferred
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
