Summary

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing team at Kash Legal Group. This role is essential in managing personal injury claims before litigation begins, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care. Responsibilities

• Drafting Demands: Prepare and draft demand packages for personal injury claims.
• File Audits: Conduct audits of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordination with Case Managers: Collaborate with case managers to delegate and oversee tasks related to claims processing.
• Department Supervision: Assist the Director of Pre-Litigation in supervising departmental operations and procedures.
• Statute of Limitations (SOL) Monitoring: Monitor statutes of limitations and ensure timely action on cases.
• Case Evaluations: Evaluate claims for merit and provide recommendations for case strategy, including transitions to litigation when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership.
• 0-2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
