Pre-Litigation Case Manager (Ideal for 2L–3L Evening Law Students)

Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers, a leading Pennsylvania personal injury firm recognized for its client advocacy, trial success, and commitment to professional excellence is currently seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our Blue Bell office.

This opportunity is specifically designed for current 2L and 3L evening law students who are eager to gain hands-on legal experience in a dynamic and highly collaborative plaintiff’s firm. The position offers a unique chance to learn the inner workings of the pre-litigation process and develop essential skills that directly translate to future roles as practicing attorneys.

As a Case Manager, you will work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff on a wide range of personal injury cases from motor vehicle collisions to premises liability and catastrophic injury matters. You will have direct client contact, learn case evaluation and strategy, and play an integral role in moving cases toward successful resolution.

What You’ll Do

Under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys and senior management, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and insurance adjusters
• Gathering and organizing key documents including medical records, liens, and police reports
• Tracking case progress and costs in our case management system
• Drafting correspondence and case-related documentation
• Supporting attorneys in preparing demand packages and settlement materials
• Other tasks as assigned to support case development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current 2L or 3L evening law student, or recent graduate pursuing a legal career
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with Litify is a plus
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
