Position Overview

As the Pre-Litigation Manager, you will lead a team of Personal Injury Case Managers, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compassionate client interactions. You will oversee all aspects of the pre-litigation process, from case intake to settlement, while mentoring staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of Case Managers handling personal injury claims
• Train, mentor, and provide leadership to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Monitor case progress, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims
• Review demand packages, medical records, and settlement negotiations for accuracy and strategy
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to maximize case value and client satisfaction
• Implement and refine best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Address and resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation case management, including knowledge of insurance negotiations, and medical record review
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume case load
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., CasePeer, Filevine)
• Passion for advocating for injury victims and delivering outstanding client service

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
