We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Press Technician to join our team. This role plays a critical part in preparing and designing high-quality graphics for print advertising while ensuring accurate color management and consistency across all printed materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and design high-quality graphics for print advertising, including signs, posters, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate brand messaging
Utilize color management techniques to ensure accurate color reproduction across various media
Apply typography principles to create visually appealing and easy-to-read layouts
Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company standards before distribution
Maintain an organized digital library of design assets and project files for easy access and reference
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and prepress production
Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and departmental goals

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of color management principles and typography
Ability to work in a variety of roles within the pre-press and design process
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
