Pre primary and primary teacher (only female)

The Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering age-appropriate lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and emotional development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans as per the school curriculum.

• Teach subjects effectively using creative and interactive teaching methods.

• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment.

• Assess students’ learning progress and maintain academic records.

• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials.

• Encourage social, emotional, and moral development of students.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

• Participate in school activities, events, and staff meetings.

• Follow school policies, rules, and academic guidelines.

• Support students with different learning needs and abilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation with D.Ed / B.Ed / ECCEd / NTT (as applicable).

• Prior teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Primary section preferred.

• Good communication skills in English and local language.

• Patience, creativity, and strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.

As per school schedule.

Remuneration:

Salary as per school norms and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
