Pre Primary Mother Teacher

The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing the overall development of children aged 3–6 years in a warm, caring, and stimulating environment. The teacher will serve as the primary caregiver and educator for a class, integrating academic, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based lessons in foundational literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills development.
• Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth through structured and unstructured activities.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess each child’s development and learning progress through observation and documentation.
• Maintain daily communication with parents about their child’s routines, behavior, and milestones.
• Organize classroom materials and learning spaces to stimulate curiosity and creativity.
• Support toilet training, hygiene, and independent behavior in young children.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, aides, and administrative staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Model and promote positive behavior, respect, and empathy among children.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
