Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and child-friendly classroom environment.
  • Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities (sensory play, motor skills, rhymes, storytelling).
  • Develop daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards.
  • Monitor and record child's progress and behavior.
  • Encourage good habits, hygiene, and social interaction.
  • Maintain discipline through gentle, positive reinforcement.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding child's development.
  • Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times.
  • Prepare teaching-learning materials, charts, and play resources.
  • Support children with toilet training and basic self-care routines.
  • Participate in school events, celebrations, and training sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum: NTT/ ETT.
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Kind, patient, and energetic personality.
  • Ability to handle young children with love and care.
  • Basic knowledge of child psychology and early learning methods.

Job Description: Nursery TeacherPosition Overview

A Nursery Teacher works with children aged 3–4 years to build foundational learning in literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social skills. The teacher ensures an engaging environment that promotes curiosity and exploratory learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily and weekly lesson plans as per CBSE early years framework.
  • Teach concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
  • Introduce basic pre-writing, pre-reading, and number skills.
  • Conduct creative activities—craft, drawing, singing, role play, story sessions.
  • Observe, assess, and document student progress.
  • Maintain a positive and caring classroom atmosphere.
  • Manage class routines: attendance, hygiene, snack/lunch supervision.
  • Communicate with parents through meetings, notes, and progress reports.
  • Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and displays.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • NTT / ECCE / D.El.Ed (Mandatory preferred).
  • Good communication and classroom management skills.
  • Creative and engaging teaching approach.
  • Understanding of early childhood learning needs.
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
