Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at a CBSE-affiliated school in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You will play a key role in shaping foundational skills in language, numeracy, creativity, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 3–6 years.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s growth and curiosity.
- Teach foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills through play-based and experiential learning methods.
- Encourage positive social interaction and emotional development among students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and well-being.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s development using formative and summative methods.
- Create a welcoming and organized classroom with displays of students’ work and learning materials.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and staff meetings.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the classroom.
- Collaborate with other pre-primary staff for lesson planning, co-curricular activities, and curriculum development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.ED Graduation
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching in a pre-primary setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and child engagement skills.
- Warm, patient, and empathetic approach to handling young children.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Montessori or play-way teaching methodologies.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use digital tools for teaching.
- Creative skills in music, storytelling, arts & crafts, or drama.
- Ability to adapt to inclusive classroom settings and work with diverse learners.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
