Pre-Primary Teacher

A Pre-Primary teacher should have:

• Strong communication skills (English often required for CBSE).
• Ability to handle young children with patience, care, and empathy.
• Good classroom management for activity-based learning.
• Skills in storytelling, music, craft, rhyme time, and play-way methods.
• Knowledge of phonics, Montessori methods, and NCF-based foundational learning.
• 1–3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary classes (preferred).
• Freshers with proper training are also often considered.

Educational Qualifications

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECCE / NTT / PPTT)

– Usually 1–2 years duration.

Preferred / Sometimes Required

• B.Ed. (Nursery) or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Care & Education

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
