Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning in the early stages of childhood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for pre-primary children in accordance with school guidelines.
• Create and organize engaging learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children can thrive and explore.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Manage classroom behavior in a positive, constructive manner.
• Plan and organize field trips, events, and other extracurricular activities.
• Prepare and maintain teaching materials and resources for daily lessons.
• Monitor and support children's learning through observation and assessments.
• Encourage children to develop their creativity, independence, and confidence.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and overall well-being.
• Participate in professional development programs to stay up-to-date with educational practices and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
