Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and generate appointments for the sales team.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Provide project details, features, pricing, and location advantages to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain follow-up communication with clients to nurture leads until site visits or sales closure.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
- Manage and update the CRM system with all lead interactions, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Assist in pre-sales campaigns, digital marketing lead management, and database management.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Support sales managers during promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive conversation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales will be an added advantage.
