Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Handle incoming inquiries from various channels such as calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and developer promotions.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, preference, location, and readiness to buy.
  • Maintain detailed lead records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Share project details, pricing, configurations, and other relevant information with prospective customers.

Customer Interaction & Coordination

  • Conduct telephonic presentations and explain project features, amenities, and USPs.
  • Schedule site visits and ensure proper coordination between customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication at every stage of the lead cycle.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable project options.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated with project inventory, pricing, offers, and competitive projects.
  • Share timely insights and feedback with the sales team on customer behavior and market trends.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.
  • Track conversion ratios, follow-up effectiveness, and site visit performance.
  • Update CRM tools with accurate information and maintain data hygiene.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 3 Month of Experience in Real Estate industry
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Good knowledge of real estate market dynamics (preferred).
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
