MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Pre-Sales Consultant with strong multi-cloud expertise and hands-on Salesforce knowledge. The ideal candidate will design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technical solutions across diverse technology ecosystems—including Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and integration/middleware platforms—without vendor bias.


This role bridges sales, delivery, and engineering, bringing deep technical insight, excellent communication skills, and strong solution-design capabilities to the RFx process.

Key Responsibilities:

The Pre-Sales Consultant is expected to lead large-scale/complex project(s), executing the following responsibilities:


1 - Client, Sales & RFx Engagement:

  • Lead the analysis of RFI/RFP/Tender documents to understand customer pain points, objectives, technical landscape, and constraints.
  • Summarize bid details: agency background, contract duration, contract value, scope of work, user journeys, and design-critical considerations.
  • Participate in internal stakeholder/client meetings, discovery/business domain understanding workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and existing client portal research..
  • Collaborate with internal sales (including Salesforce PSS) and delivery teams to align solution direction and ensure feasibility.
  • Support creation of Functional & Technical Requirement Traceability Matrices.


2 - Solution Design & Architecture (Platform-Agnostic):

  • Architect multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premise solutions that meet functional, technical, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend best-fit technology stacks—Salesforce or otherwise—based purely on customer needs and evaluation criteria.
  • Create high-level and detailed technical architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration patterns.
  • Translate requirements into epics, modules, feature lists, and high-level solution blueprints.
  • Apply modern architectural principles: microservices, API-led integration, event-driven frameworks, serverless, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.


3 - Technical Expertise & Ecosystem Knowledge:

The ideal candidate brings broad technical versatility, including:


Salesforce Ecosystem:

  • Core technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs.
  • Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein.
  • Integration: MuleSoft (API-led connectivity), Dell Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit, and other middleware platforms.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket/Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Security & governance: OAuth, SSO, profiles/permissions, event monitoring.
  • Salesforce PSS engagement for deep technical validation & alignment with product roadmap.


Third Party Integrations:

  • Document generation: Conga, DocuSign Gen, Nintex.
  • E-signature: DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Zoho Sign.
  • Storage/Content: SharePoint, Google Drive, AWS S3, OneDrive, Box.
  • SMS/Communication: Twilio, Sinch, Whatsapp APIs, Netcore.
  • Monitoring/Logging: Splunk, Datadog, ELK.
  • Analytics/BI: Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics.


Cloud & Application Stack:

  • AWS, Azure, GCP (optional) cloud services.
  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL.
  • Programming: Java, Python, Node.js (advantage).
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • AI/ML model usage & LLM-based solutioning.


4 - Estimation, Planning & Financial Modelling

  • Prepare accurate estimates for functional work, integrations, data migration, and system complexity.
  • Develop implementation timelines, resource/staffing plans, and project roadmaps.
  • Create margin analysis, cost breakdowns, and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership for approvals and validation.


5 - Technical Proposal & Documentation

  • Draft and refine technical sections for RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and solution decks.
  • Convert customer requirements into compelling technical narratives and business value propositions.
  • Document design assumptions, architectural decisions, and solution trade-offs.
  • Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and performance standards.


What you will bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Architecture roles.
  • Strong multi-cloud and Salesforce experience, including deep hands-on understanding of integrations and ecosystem tools.
  • Ability to convert requirements into modular solution components and architectural blueprints.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with technical writing, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted solutioning.
  • Proven experience participating in large-scale RFx processes and cross-functional collaboration.
