Job Description :
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team by
identifying client needs, preparing customized proposals, and assisting in closing
deals. If you have a knack for understanding client requirements and translating
them into actionable business solutions, we’d love to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
He/she should be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with
the customers, understanding their needs, answering customers questions.
To handle lead generation & to be able to drive sales inquiry through
/Phone/Email/website/LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
Understanding customers need and identifying sales opportunities.
Researching and qualifying new leads and transfer them on to the seniors to
close the deal.
He/she need to generate at least 3-4 leads on a daily basis.
Explaining and demonstrating features of services & staying informed about
competing services.
Communicating with prospects, client relationship management, handling
calls & following up on leads.
Work closely with the sales team and the potential customers to understand
their needs.
Design and present tailored solutions that address those needs and
demonstrate the value and benefits of the service.
Pre-sales consultant
Handle any technical questions or objections that the customers might have,
and helps them overcome any barriers to implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 months of experience in pre-sales, preferably in digital
marketing services with international clients.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and international market
dynamics.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
