Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Consultant to join our Middle East Sales team. You’ll be a key partner to our sales organisation, helping prospective customers understand the value of Zycus solutions through expert advice, tailored demonstrations, and thought leadership.
You will work with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders across mid-to-large enterprises, guiding them through the solution evaluation process and ensuring our technology is aligned with their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solution approaches.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Zycus’ value proposition.
  • Provide expert input during RFP/RFI responses and address technical and functional queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and competitive offerings in the Middle East procurement technology space.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and technical teams.
  • Contribute to sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and solution overviews.
  • Represent Zycus at local and regional industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Job Requirement

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of Presales / Solution Consulting experience in SaaS, procurement, or related enterprise software.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record supporting complex sales cycles and contributing to deal closures.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East for client meetings and events.
