You will be part Oracle Communications Infrastructure Industry Unit focused on providing integrated communications through on premise and cloud solutions to unleash innovative business models and new revenue streams for our customers. strategic verticals that develop industry-specific solutions.
What You’ll Do
As a Pre-Sales Consultant your role will be focused on 4 main focal areas:

Presales & Solution Design

Business Development Support
-
Lead the technical presales cycle for Collaboration and Enterprise Voice opportunities, from discovery to solution proposal.

Develop and present high-quality solution architectures integrating Oracle SBCs, SIP Trunks, and Unified Communications platforms.

Conduct technical workshops, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and solution demos with enterprise customers.

Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), solution diagrams, and integration plans tailored to customer environments (Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Zoom Phone, Webex Calling, etc.).

Collaborate with product, sales, and vendor teams to ensure solution accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.

Work closely with the sales team to identify and open new collaboration opportunities in the Saudi enterprise and public sectors.

Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and Communication Architects to position the company as a trusted partner for unified collaboration.

Leverage market knowledge to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the enterprise communication ecosystem.

Participate in RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical compliance and differentiation.

Technical Expertise
-
Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Session Border Controllers, SIP interoperability, voice routing, and SBC security.

Demonstrate strong understanding of Session Delivery architecture, SIP signaling, QoS, media handling, and SBC policy configuration.

Maintain hands-on knowledge of MS Teams Direct Routing, Zoom Phone, Webex Calling, and their integration with SIP trunks.

Keep updated with new technologies in UCaaS, CPaaS, and Enterprise Voice transformation trends in Saudi Arabia.

Customer Engagement
-
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and channel partners in Saudi Arabia.

Conduct technical enablement sessions for partners and customers.
-
Provide presales support for enterprise tenders and large-scale deployments.

Ensure customer satisfaction during the presales-to-delivery transition by coordinating with the implementation teams.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
-
10+ years of experience in Presales / Sales Engineering roles in the Collaboration / Unified Communications / Enterprise Voice domain.
-
Proven experience working with Oracle SBCs and integration with enterprise UC platforms.
-
At least 5 Years of experience in Saudi Market (Preferably last 5 Year)

Strong familiarity with Saudi enterprise and government communication infrastructure and tender processes.

Demonstrated success in solution selling, proposal creation, and technical presentations.
Skills & Competencies
Technical:
-
Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, QoS, SBCs, SIP trunking, and VoIP call flows.
-
Expertise in integration of SBCs with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
-
Knowledge of session delivery networks, security policies, and interworking between PSTN and cloud voice.

Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration, hybrid deployments, and UCaaS architectures.
