IT B2B & B2G Sales Engineer (AI & IT Solutions)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated IT B2B Sales Engineer with strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), and Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to build and maintain long-term business relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive growth with enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities with enterprise, government, and strategic customers.
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions in AI, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and smart solutions.
  • Build strong pipelines and achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding clients’ business needs, challenges, and requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Solution Engineering
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions in AI and IT domains.
  • Work with internal teams (technical, R&D, delivery) to design proposals and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Stay updated on latest AI/IT technologies and translate them into business value for customers.
  • Market & Strategy
  • Identify new markets, industry verticals, and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product/solution development.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and pricing models.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business with technical background.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Sales Engineering in IT or AI sector.
  • Strong knowledge of AI solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for decision-makers.
  • Strong network in public sector, enterprises, and large organizations is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic for KSA
