About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in aluminum and façade solutions to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of architectural products and proven experience in project sales within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in aluminum and façade projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the region.
• Ensure sales targets and project revenue objectives are consistently achieved.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in aluminum and façade systems within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong connections with consultants, contractors, and developers in Riyadh market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, aluminum doors, and windows.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
