Engineering Degree with Telecom specialization
Experience:
1-year Sales Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Provide technical solutions with a professional understanding and to agreed time frames.
- Create and deliver technical proposals corresponding to the Customer requirements to the prospect and engage internally with the technical stakeholders to get the work estimation accordingly.
- Develop plans to business from Key Accounts and provide management with required information for pricing decisions and product development.
- Determine customer needs and critique proposed material handling systems to determine the likelihood of the customer purchasing.
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Identify the customer's Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and key initiatives in order to support development of account plans, sales strategies, and project justifications.
- Maintain a high degree of industry knowledge and awareness.
