Pre-Sales Engineer (Audio Visual)

We are looking for a skilled AV Pre-sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai ( on site full time job) and play a key role in the design and implementation of cutting-edge AV systems

Job Description:

As an AV Pre-sales Engineer at Avenger Pro AV , you will be responsible for designing customized AV solutions and supporting the sales team in providing technical expertise to clients. You will create detailed system designs, including CAD-based layouts, signal flow diagrams, and equipment schematics, ensuring the seamless integration of audio, video, control, and communication systems. Your role involves attending client meetings alongside the sales team, offering technical clarifications, and supporting project delivery from the conceptual phase through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design AV systems based on client requirements, from simple setups to complex, large-scale solutions.
• Create technical documentation, including floor plans, signal flow diagrams, and equipment elevations using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients and the sales team to deliver effective technical presentations and clarify system specifications.
• Support the sales process by addressing technical queries and helping secure project closures.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to offer innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating system designs and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, including signal flow for audio, video, and control systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or design engineering role within the AV industry is preferred.
