Sales Engineer – Civil Engineering Background

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the construction or contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for project planning and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales in the construction industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Strong understanding of the local market and construction industry practices
