This role is perfect for freshers who enjoy communicating with people, have a pleasant personality, and are eager to build a rewarding career in sales, education, and counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students via phone calls, walk-ins, and social media leads.
• Explain course details, schedules, and training programs in a clear and friendly manner.
• Understand each student’s goals and recommend the right IAS coaching program.
• Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for smooth enrollments.
• Assist with seminars, webinars, and promotional activities as needed.
• Share daily updates and feedback with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (Freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
