- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for roles such as engineers, skilled trades, and tech specialists within the automotive sector.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize online job boards, professional networking sites (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and company career pages to source candidates and proactively build talent pipelines. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
- Interview & Selection: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, reference verification, and the preparation of necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transition.
- ATS & Metrics: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently. Track and analyze key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to refine recruitment processes.
