PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY ENGINEER (PRECAST PRODUCTION PLANT ENGINEER)

UAE-based industrial company is looking for a Precast Concrete Factory Engineer with experience of precast concrete fences/walls and houses production in the UAE.

The job involves setting up a precast concrete factory for the production of precast concrete fences, villas, houses, buildings and related precast concrete structures.

Job type: Full time or Part time or Contract basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Look after the local engineering office to get all the approvals related to the project.
• To make the design layout for the factory.
• To search for and select the equipment for the factory.
• To search for second hand (used) equipment (molds) in China required for the factory.
• To negotiate with the equipment suppliers.
• To fly to China to test the equipment before shipment.
• Look after the commissioning and testing the plant.
• Recruit the technical staff for the factory.
• Run the plant based on operations.
• Fulfilling other duties and obligations related to the project.

Requirements:

• To be able to perform the above described duties.
• Min 3 years experience in prefabricated concrete fences /walls and houses manufacturing.
• Experience in establishing the precast concrete plant.
• Experience in selecting machinery for a plant.
• Experience in a precast concrete production, including houses and fences.
• Experience in getting Municipality approvals in the UAE.
• Knowledge of the UAE building codes.
