Oversee all aspects of concrete production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications, from material intake to final product delivery.
Manage and optimize batching plant operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory control, and production scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations, fostering a safe working environment and minimizing the plant's environmental impact.
Lead and mentor a team of plant operators, technicians, and other personnel, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production needs and control costs.
