Precast Plant Laborer

Talisman Construction Services, Inc. is seeking applicants for positions our precast fabrication facility in Spokane, WA. The plant specializes in architectural precast production including glass fiber reinforced concrete products.

Skills and experience required include, but are not limited to the following items:

• Assist with the preparation and setup of molds and forms for precast concrete production
• Load and unload raw materials, supplies, and finished products safely and efficiently
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision to support manufacturing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Support the inspection of finished precast products for defects or inconsistencies
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective gear at all times during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate various tools and equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Basic physical strength to handle materials and equipment safely
• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment

Necessary and applicable technical, safety and related training will be provided.

Potential candidates for employment must be capable of handling the physical demands of the position and be willing to learn new skills.

All applicants must have a current valid drivers’ license and are subject to pre-employment drug screen and random screening.

Expected Compensation levels

• 0-2 Years of Experience $18-$20 per hour
• 2-5 Years of Experience $20-$24 per hour

• Talisman offers Health, Dental and Vision insurance coverage based upon approximately 75-25% split between employer and employee. An employee can obtain coverage after completion of ninety-day probationary employment period for approximately 25% of the monthly premium for an individual. Dependent coverage is paid 100% by the employee.
• Participation in company 401K plan after one year and/or 1,000 hours of service subject to enrollment period restrictions.
