Premium Furniture Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Manager to lead our premium furniture showroom in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury furniture retail and interior design , with the ability to manage a team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales performance in a refined, design-driven environment.

• Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an elegant and professional client experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and maintain showroom standards.
• Welcome VIP clients, interior designers, and project partners; provide expert consultation and design advice.
• Present and promote high-end furniture collections, emphasizing craftsmanship, quality, and customization.
• Manage sales processes — from client inquiry to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for leads, client interactions, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and precise project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy.
• Uphold the showroom’s visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a luxury furniture or interior design showroom.
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, customization, and design principles.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and showroom sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Languages: Arabic (required), English (preferred).
