POSITION SUMMARY

As a Pre-Cook, you are responsible for assisting kitchen staff in meal and ingredient preparation. Their duties include organizing and labelling food items in storage areas, chopping ingredients, and sanitizing their workstation both during and after service.

In this role, you will work closely with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for good food will help create a dining experience that nourishes both body and spirit.
