Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated AV Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems across a variety of environments including corporate, hospitality, education, and government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales team to provide technical presales support and solution design.
• Conduct site surveys, needs analysis, and system design for AV solutions (Video Conferencing, Control Systems, LED/LCD Displays, Audio Systems, Collaboration Tools, etc.).
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs.
• Present solutions and demonstrations to clients, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure best-fit technologies and pricing.
• Support project handover to implementation teams with complete technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems design, presales, or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies: Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly, Cisco, Biamp, Shure, etc.
• Ability to create AV system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
