We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and sales, driving business growth by promoting and selling our construction products/solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Abu Dhabi construction market.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions meet their specific project needs.
Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales Targets.
Act as a technical consultant, providing expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Understand customer requirements and align our Services offerings with their needs.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts for the management team.
Ensure all sales activities and documentation are in full compliance with company policies and relevant local regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Male
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in a sales or technical sales role within the construction industry in Main Contracting Company in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi Expertise in Sales of construction, fit out, renovation and infrastructure
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of construction Industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in software’s.
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Other:
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Candidates with prior experience in Abu Dhabi and a strong network of industry contacts will be highly regarded.
Salary & Benefits:
· 4000- 6000 with performance-based incentives/commission.
· Medical insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per UAE labor law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
