Sales Engineer - Building Insulation

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with strong expertise in Building Insulation products. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, proven sales experience in insulation materials, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. This role is different from general MEP project sales; candidates must specifically have experience in Building Insulation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Building Insulation products (e.g., thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, cladding systems, etc.).
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and payment follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Building Insulation product sales (not general MEP project sales).
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of insulation materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (required).
