PRESALES - CCTV

AWS Distribution is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer – CCTV to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise in CCTV and surveillance solutions. This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing suitable security solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering product demonstrations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV and surveillance solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team and clients.
• Design CCTV and security system solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and quotations.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to support client meetings and project discussions.
• Assist customers with technical clarifications and solution recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest surveillance technologies, products, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in CCTV, surveillance, or security systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV technologies including IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and video management systems.
• Ability to design CCTV solutions and prepare technical documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and interact with clients professionally.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working in security systems, surveillance technology, or system integration.
• Knowledge of networking concepts related to IP surveillance systems.
