Presales Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Place phone calls to the leads received and pitch them home related products/services

Generate the leads' consent to be contacted by the individual brands related to their home related products/services needs

Keep following up with the leads whose consent is not generated yet but have a requirement

Coordinate with the PoCs from different brands to ensure the customers are contacted by them and serviced appropriately

Ensure timely responses to customer queries and deliver high-quality customer service

Provide product/service details, features and pricing to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain the track record of conversations in the CRM

Pay: ₹16,133.73 - ₹30,382.18 per month
