This role focuses on managing end-to-end proposal development, bid coordination, and presales activities within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals, generate pipeline opportunities, support client engagements, and contribute to content development that drives business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Proposal Creation & Management

Create winning proposals by responding to RFPs, RFQs, and proactive bids.

Collaborate with banking teams to define win strategies, evaluate competition, and develop differentiated value propositions.

Manage end-to-end bid processes, including creation and execution of bid plans.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Service Delivery, Business Consulting, and Technology teams for pricing, implementation plans, solution details, tools, technologies, and effort estimates.
2. RFI & Capability Responses

Develop high-quality responses to RFIs and capability questionnaires.

Showcase company strengths and domain expertise within banking and financial services.
3. Pipeline Generation

Identify new opportunities across new and existing clients.

Drive demand generation activities through proactive outreach, analyst/advisor engagement, and relationship leveraging.
4. Knowledge & Content Management
-
Enhance existing sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, case studies, presentations, and reusable content.

Support solution walkthroughs and client sales pitches with relevant content.
5. Capability Demonstrations

Manage and coordinate client visits to ensure a strong brand experience.

Develop presentation decks and supporting materials for client demos.
6. Due Diligence Support

Participate in on-site due-diligence and implementation analysis.

Validate proposed solutions and refine them based on findings.
7. Sales Planning & Reporting

Develop sales plans and track pipeline generation and lead progress.

Provide periodic analysis, insights, and assessments on pipeline performance, wins, and losses.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
3–4+ years of experience in an international consulting environment.

Strong experience in the
Banking / BFS (Banking & Financial Services)
domain across global regions.

Experience with
Temenos
and
Microsoft CRM
is a strong plus.

Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in
MS Word, MS Visio, and PowerPoint
.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree:
BBA, BA in Social Sciences, Economics
, or related fields.
