Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Customer Needs

Meet with customers to understand their business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.

Analyze customer environments and identify gaps or opportunities.
2. Solution Design & Architecture

Design high-level and detailed technical solutions that match customer requirements.

Prepare solution architectures, technical diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BoM).

Ensure the solution is feasible, scalable, and cost-effective.
3. Proposal & RFP Support
-
Review and respond to RFPs/RFQs with high-quality technical proposals.

Align the solution with customer expectations and internal capabilities.

Work with different departments (operations, engineering, finance) to finalize proposals.
4. Technical Presentations & Demos

Deliver product presentations, demos, and POCs (Proof of Concepts).

Explain complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
5. Sales Support

Support the sales team in strategic opportunities.

Provide technical validation and ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations.

Participate in pricing discussions, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
