Job Purpose:
work with sales team and clients, collaborate with CAD, operations and administration
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Assist in conducting technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and solutions
- Support the preparation and delivery of technical proposals, including bill of materials, diagrams, and cost estimates
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive

Job Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, including racks, cabinets, and power distribution
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certifications such as CCNA are a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4 - 6 of experience in presales engineering, preferably in the structured cabling and data center infrastructure industry
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards and best practices is a plus
