Presales Engineer

Job Description:

• Enhance knowledge as per market demands and technologies.
• Coordination with vendors for better product selection, cost negotiation, equipment timelines.
• Coordination with internal teams including SCM, Accounts, Finance, Operations etc.
• Monitoring/troubleshooting/modification in existing customer infrastructure.
• Customer Coordination via email, telephone, customer visits.
• Handle CRM Tickets.
• Solution designing as per customer requirement.
• Visit other cities in case of MSD project in another city or MSD Project in another city or major problem in MSD services in a running city.
• Coach juniors on daily basis and through official trainings after approval from HoD.
• May be deployed on premises for customer support depending upon the need in MSD.

Requirements:

• BS Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Mechatronics Engineering
• Good Negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and solution designing as per customer requirements.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer support in different cities as required for project execution and operational support.
