Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and POC processes for Commvault data protection and backup solutions.

• Analyze customer needs, design appropriate solutions , and provide technical support to the sales team.

• Ensure technical communication with vendors and business partners, and manage distributor-related processes.

• Contribute to post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare solution-related documentation and stay up to date with the latest technologies.

• Provide technical enablement sessions for partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering , Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backup, data protection, and storage technologies.

• Preferably certified or knowledgeable in Commvault or similar solutions.

• Strong communication , presentation, and problem-solving skills .

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
