We are seeking a motivated Presales Engineer to support our Cybersecurity and ICT solution portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify needs, design tailored solutions, and help position the company’s offerings effectively during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze customer requirements and translate them into well-structured technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops showcasing Cybersecurity and ICT capabilities.
- Design solution architectures, BoQs, and proposals covering areas such as networking, infrastructure, and security systems.
- Participate in RFP and RFQ responses, ensuring technical alignment with customer expectations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and assist clients during evaluation and validation stages.
- Support the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, sizing, and design support throughout the presales process.
- Coordinate with post-sales and delivery teams for smooth handover of solution designs and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and ICT infrastructure to enhance solution proposals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in presales, solution design, or technical consultancy within Cybersecurity and ICT domains.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, system integration, and security technologies (e.g., Firewalls, WAF, EDR, PAM, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, Servers, Storage, virtualization, cloud, and data center solutions).
- Strong technical writing and proposal-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
