The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into site visits and potential sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
  • Follow up with leads received through marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to site visit.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and requirement.

Customer Interaction

  • Explain project details, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans clearly to potential clients.
  • Address customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Coordination with Sales Team

  • Pass qualified leads to the field sales team for further engagement.
  • Ensure proper communication and follow-up until closure.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with sales executives for client updates.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update and maintain lead data in the CRM system accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead follow-ups and conversions.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and share insights with the marketing team.

Market & Competitor Awareness

  • Stay updated on current real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
  • Share customer feedback with management for process improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling.
  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Pre-sales: 1 year (Preferred)
