Presales Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer technical needs and requirements

2. Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations

3. Create technical proposals, solution designs, and architecture diagrams

4. Support sales teams during customer meetings and RFP responses

5. Perform product evaluations, proofs of concept (POCs), and trials

6. Provide technical validation to ensure solutions meet customer needs

7. Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams

8. Stay updated on competitors and industry trends

9. Respond to technical questions and objections from customers

10. Train customers and internal teams on product capabilities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

2. Strong technical knowledge of the product/solutions offered

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

5. Experience with customer-facing roles (sales, consulting, support)

6. Problem-solving and analytical skills

7. Familiarity with industry tools, platforms, or technologies

8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

9. Strong documentation and proposal-writing abilities

10. Willingness to travel for customer visits, demos, or events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
