Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Presales LV (Low Voltage) Engineer. The Presales LV Engineer will provide technical analysis and support for clients, assist in solution design and integration efforts, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with sales teams during the pre-sales process to address customer needs. The role involves engaging with customers, conducting technical presentations, and maintaining a deep understanding of low voltage systems and technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and a strong ability to resolve customer issues effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in Presales and Sales with a focus on understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Integration processes, focusing on seamless connectivity and system functionality
• Proficiency in Security technologies, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and network security
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Relevant certifications or coursework in electrical or network engineering is a plus
