We are looking for a Presales Support Intern to assist parents and students during their trial sessions.
This role is critical in ensuring a smooth session experience, solving technical issues, and acting as the communication bridge between parents and instructors.
- Assist parents and students in joining their trial session (Zoom/Platform support)
- Solve basic technical issues (audio, camera, login issues)
- Act as a bridge between tutor and parent if any issue occurs
- Respond to parents' booking questions
- Ensure smooth session start & follow-up when needed
- Maintain high attendance & positive experience rate
Requirements
- Intermediate English (spoken & written)
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure
- Basic technical knowledge (Zoom, browsers, internet troubleshooting)
- Available for midnight shift (aligned with North America time zones)
- Experience in customer support
- Experience in EdTech
- Experience handling international clients
