Role: Centre Head – Corporate Daycare
Department: Operations
Type: On-site – Full Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations Management
Oversee daily functioning of the daycare centre with smooth, child-safe operations.
Ensure all activities run as per operational SOPs, safety guidelines, and company standards.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and overall facility upkeep.
Monitor check-in / check-out processes and attendance management.
2. Parent Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and corporate representatives.
Handle parent queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct regular parent meetings, orientation sessions, and engagement activities.
Build trust and maintain high satisfaction levels.
3. Staff Supervision & Training
Lead, train, and mentor teachers, caregivers, housekeeping, and support staff.
Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and ensure adequate staffing.
Conduct performance reviews and manage staff discipline.
Ensure continuous upskilling and adherence to childcare standards.
4. Child Safety, Well-being & Curriculum Oversight
Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times.
Monitor age-appropriate curriculum delivery and activity planning.
Oversee nutritional planning, meal schedules, and health guidelines.
Handle emergencies and escalate medical or behavioural concerns when required.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with government norms, licences, workplace safety, and corporate policies.
Maintain accurate records: attendance, incident reports, health logs, staff rosters, and audit documents.
Coordinate with HR, operations, and corporate teams for regular audits.
6. Financial & Resource Management
Manage centre budgets, petty cash, inventory, and procurement.
Track utilisation of resources and minimise wastage.
Oversee vendor relations (transport, housekeeping, supplies, etc.).
7. Reporting & Coordination
Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management and the corporate partner.
Track metrics: occupancy, parent satisfaction, staff productivity, safety incidents, etc.
Coordinate with corporate HR teams for escalations, employee queries, and centre updates.
8. Centre Growth & Engagement Activities
Plan and execute events, celebrations, and corporate employee engagement initiatives.
Support enrolment drives and centre expansion when needed.
Create a positive, nurturing, and professional environment for children and parents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
