Preschool Centre Manager

Center Head :

you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the preschool, ensuring that teachers and students receive the best possible environment for learning and development. You will be the point person for maintaining high standards in education and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the preschool
• Lead and supervise a team of educators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with best practices in early childhood education
• Facilitate a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
• Communicate regularly with parents and address their concerns
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions
• Maintain and oversee administrative records and budgeting
• Organize and participate in school events and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in pre-primary education
• Strong understanding of preschool curriculum and early childhood development
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English
• Passion for early childhood education and child development

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,644.68 - ₹18,000.00 per month
